About the Role We are hiring anETL & Tableau Data Engineerfor a full-time, permanent remote role. This role requires strong expertise inboth ETL and Tableauto ensure seamless, end-to-end data operations. You will build scalable pipelines, optimize SQL queries, prepare Tableau-ready datasets, and maintain the overall health of our data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintainETL processesacross multiple data sources - Build, optimize, and tunecomplex SQL queriesfor analytics, reporting, and dashboard performance - Develop and maintaindata warehouse solutions, ensuring accuracy and consistency - Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to ensuredata readiness for Tableau dashboards - Support Tableau backend needs includingdata modeling, extracts, joins, and performance optimization - Troubleshoot and resolvedata pipeline and ETL issuesfor uninterrupted data flow - Implementdata governance standards, documentation practices, and data security protocols Requirements - Strong experience inETL development, data pipelines, and data warehousing - AdvancedSQLskills - Hands-on knowledge ofTableau data architecture, including extracts, sources, joins, and performance tuning - Experience with integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Apache Airflow, etc.) - Experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) bonus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability tojoin within 2 weeks Nice to Have - Ability to provide light Tableau troubleshooting support for visualization teams - Familiarity with theGerman languageis a bonus but not mandatory
