Our commitment is to innovation, quality engineering, and customer-centric service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Haridwar. The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems. Day-to-day tasks include assembling solar panels, configuring PV systems, performing maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also aid in the diagnosis and repair of solar power generation issues and work closely with the engineering team to optimize system performance. Qualifications - Experience with Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Power Generation - Strong technical and mechanical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines - Relevant certification in solar technology or a related field is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills - Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
