About the Role:

The Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and systems within our organization. This position involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Technicians are responsible for adhering to safety protocols and industry standards while executing their tasks. The end result of this role is to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime, thereby contributing to the overall productivity of the organization. Successful Technicians will also provide valuable feedback for process improvements and assist in training new team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, mechanical).
• Experience with specific tools and technologies used in the industry.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
