Job Overview:As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.Support in monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI).Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for ad targeting.Collaborate with the design and content team to create ad creatives and copy.Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.Requirements:Graduate in any disciple, certification on Google Analytics and other direct marketing with marketing or linguistics and creative disciplines preferredBasic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ads).Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools (coursework or certifications is a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.DISCLAIMER: This position is open only for candidates in Mumbai.
