Required Bike Delivery Boy (Male) having own two wheeler (Scooty, i.e, Activa, Jupiter, Access, etc) with valid driving license for delivery between Bandra to Andheri with fair knowledge of all the routes, lanes especially between Bandra to Andheri. Person residing in Bandra, Khar would be preferred.Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery Operations Pick up parcels, food items, or products from the company, warehouse, or partner locations. Deliver items to customers accurately, safely, and within the specified timelines. Verify recipient details before delivery and obtain signatures or confirmations where necessary. Handle fragile, perishable, or valuable goods carefully to avoid damages. 2. Route Planning & Time Management Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Use GPS navigation and mapping tools to avoid traffic and delays. Inform the supervisor in case of unexpected delays or route changes. Achieve daily delivery targets and maintain consistent on-time performance. 3. Cash Handling & Digital Payments Collect payment from customers when applicable (COD – Cash on Delivery). Handle digital payment receipts and confirmations securely. Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and submit them to the accounts team. Ensure zero discrepancies in billing and payment reconciliation. 4. Customer Service Greet customers politely and maintain a professional and friendly attitude during deliveries. Answer basic customer queries regarding the product or order status. Report any customer complaints, feedback, or delivery-related issues to the supervisor. Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s service reputation. 5. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Ensure the two-wheeler is in good working condition at all times. Perform basic maintenance checks such as fuel, tire pressure, brakes, and lights. Follow road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company safety policies. Immediately report any accidents, vehicle damage, or breakdowns to the management. 6. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and supervisors for smooth operations. Update the delivery status in mobile apps or company systems. Submit daily delivery reports, cash summaries, and issue logs.
