We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Associate to join our Retail Business for Death claims in Work from Home facility. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims submitted by our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience.

Responsibilities

- Review and process insurance claims documents.
- Registration of claims and preparing requirement/decision letters
- Assess claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and all related correspondence.
- Coordination with branch and investigation team
- Processing of cases within stipulated time in company's software

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance policies and claims procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
