Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Understanding of labor laws and ethical recruiting practices.
