If you enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter, you'll feel at home here.What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal networks Screen profiles, conduct HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain smooth communication with candidates and ensure a great hiring experience Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and documentation Support HR with employee engagement, onboarding, and other initiatives when needed Who We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in D2C/startup environmentsStrong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills Clear communication and great relationship-building abilities Comfortable handling multiple roles at onceOrganized and dependable, with strong follow-up skills Basic understanding of HR functions beyond recruitmentDriven, proactive, and someone who takes ownership Why Join Us Work with a young, passionate team building a loved kids' wear brandYour work will directly shape our growing team and culturePlenty of room to experiment, learn, and take initiativeBe part of a workplace that values creativity, speed, and ownership Apply Now: Send your CV to iram@napchief.com or apply directly.
