Company - Pidilite Industries limited Position Title Chief - Commercial Management Location - Kondivita Qualification CA MBA Experience 15 - 20 Years Roles Responsibilities 1 Policy formulation and implementation Formulate policy manual covering all policies related to finance and commercial for all active subsidiaries Actively engage with Local Subsidiary teams to formulate revise the policies Release and review of Commercial Manual Custodian of Policy masters at HO Implement the above policies in subsidiaries with relevant IT controls and reporting mechanism Periodic review of key policies and bring necessary changes based on i 2 Driving adherence and scorecards Drive adherence to commercial polices by regular reviews Design scorecard to measure commercial health of each subsidiary Roll out and implement the scorecard across subsidiaries Define norms and method of scores Keep track of scores and work with controllers to bring them at norms 3 Review and Reporting Timely preparation and circulation of monthly and quarterly International subsidiaries report Drive periodic reviews for subsidiaries with management and attending review calls focussing on commercial policies Keep track of key policy areas like debtors working capital provisions etc and report them monthly 4 Understanding business and training needs Understand the business of each subsidiaries visit their offices factory location and sales market Make a detailed module note for each subsidiary visited and identify areas for policy changes Identify individual training requirement needed to deliver the R R for the function and prepare training plan accordingly 5 Support role Specific Select Subsidiaries Work collaboratively with subsidiary to ensure timely release of subsidiary model business report with defined action plan for the key issues concerns Ensure monthly finance review along with business head CEO to discuss key concerns area and action plan thereof Monitoring and follow up on action plan agreed during review meeting and ensure its implementation Preparation of Monthly consolidated Sales and Intl Domestic Flash report for management reporting
