We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our India Operations Based in Bangalore this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes working both independently and as part of a collaborative team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global hiring practices excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment Responsibilities Maintaining job board postings screening applicants and hiring potential candidates Advertising Branding of our vacancies in internal and external job boards Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and scheduling further technical interviews Participating in Career fairs and Campus recruitment Developing Strengthening relationships with local colleges and good universities for recruitment of Interns and new graduates Assisting in full-cycle Internship recruitment -
