Business Registration: We assist with the formation of various legal entities, including Company, LLPs, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Licensing and Permits: We help businesses obtain the necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally within their industry and jurisdiction.

Compliance Management: Staying compliant with local, state, and federal regulations is crucial for every business.

Job Description: CRM

We are looking for an experienced customer relation manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.

If you are an expert in handling client inquiries, adept at collaborating with other departments to optimize customer experience and have a passion for customer service, you are the ideal candidate for us.

Job Description: CRM Associate (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM tools and software to manage customer data and track interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and optimize CRM strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer service.
- Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of CRM tools and software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
- Problem-solving skills to provide solutions to customer issues in a timely manner.
- A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
