About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D Game Artist with strong industry experience to bring our game worlds to life. You will create high-quality models, textures, and vegetation assets while ensuring style and performance consistency across projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and vegetation assets ● Work closely with designers and programmers to maintain artistic vision ● Develop optimized assets suitable for real-time rendering ● Collaborate with other artists to maintain visual consistency ● Ensure all assets follow PBR workflows and game-ready standards ● Participate in reviews and contribute to improving the production pipeline Required Qualifications: ● 5 years of 3D art experience in the gaming industry ● Strong modeling and texturing skills ● Proficiency with Maya/3ds Max/Blender ● Experience with Substance Painter & Substance Designer ● Knowledge of ZBrush for sculpting ● Experience working in Unreal Engine ● Strong understanding of vegetation creation and optimization Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with open-world asset creation ● Strong understanding of real-time performance constraints ● Ability to work on biome and foliage systems ● Familiarity with modular workflows What We Offer: ● Competitive salary ● Creative, collaborative work environment ● Opportunity to work on visually stunning gaming projects Apply Now: If you’re ready to push the boundaries of digital innovation, apply today and become part of our journey at ChainScript Labs.
