About Department
The wholesale banking operations department helps in managing the transaction in the banks.Transaction Banking(TB) can be defined as the set of instruments andservicesthat abankoffers to trading partners to financially support their reciprocal exchanges of goods (e.g.trade), monetary flows (e.g., cash), or commercial papers (e.g., exchanges)

Trade Finance Center handles the imports & exports transactions such as BG, LC, Collections, Advance Remittances, Open Account Payments, Trade outward Remittances and routing of SWIFT messages.

About Role
Trade Finance Center will be responsible for completing all the part within the TAT with 100% accuracy in processing. They are required to check all the relevant documents properly before processing. The team will also be responsible for mentioning the rejection comments for rejection cases in one shot for avoiding delay in processing.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring comprehensiveness of PMC / CMC proposals being placed for approval to PMC / CMC Committee by the department / unit.

Preparation & circulation of PMC/ CMC dashboard to business unit on Weekly basis. Following up with business units for PLD and self certification pendency.

Attending CGA mails and taking necessary action by providing Process Master Process flow ppt Risk Event Type (RET) Files for all 3 control function i.e. Operation Risk / Compliance risk / IFC FRR risk.

Follow up with units for CAMS ciruclars to check the responses given by the units and whether the units have responded as per the ask of the Regulator / Circular. Input the same in CAMS portal with supporting documents and submit it to compliance for closure.

Regularly publishing EGRC Issue Dashboard, Bank dashboard, Operational Loss dashboard

Creation of RCM in EGRC as per the PMC CMC and complete the assessment raised for CMC

Collect KRI / KCI from respective units and then check & upload the KRI / KCI in EGRC

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Knowledge of treasury products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in English

Knowledge in Excel, Power point, Microsoft word

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Problem solving and organizational skills
