Roles and responsibilities - Talent Sourcing and Outreach:Develop and execute strategies to find and attract top technical candidates using job boards, professional networks like LinkedIn, and industry events. - Candidate Screening and Interviews:Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess technical skills and qualifications, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring teams to understand their specific needs, align on job requirements, and manage the interview process. - Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Offer and Onboarding:Negotiate job offers and coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Market Intelligence:Stay current with technology trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies. - Process Management:Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and maintain records. Skills and qualifications - Technical Acumen:A strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to discuss job requirements clearly. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. - Networking and Sourcing:Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean searches. - Assessment and Interviewing:Experience with different interview formats and the ability to assess technical candidates effectively. - Negotiation:Skill in negotiating job offers and compensation packages. - Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of candidates and a fast-paced hiring process.
