The primary scope of this role would be to support brand building efforts on the various solution-area(s) under the Kapiva portfolio of products. The role covers creative thinking, data analysis & executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.
Job responsibilities:
Project management of task items basis the strategic objectives for the solution area(s)
1. Market Understanding: Understanding of the TG, their trigger & barriers; competitive landscape, etc
2. New Products Development (NPD): Helping in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc
3. Communication Development: Assist in managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc
4. Data Analytics: Actively driving measurement & learnings for various marketing initiatives
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors
6. Offline Understanding: Role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility and Planogramming.
7. Other activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc to drive product/therapy success.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field.
- Exposure to handling business in Offline channel is mandatory
-1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing
- Highly motivated & Self-driven, enthusiastic team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about building a consumer brand
