Job Description The Prime State is an innovative B2B2C organization dedicated to transforming holistic mental healthcare, wellness, alternative medicines, therapies, and life coaching across India. We are at a pivotal growth stage and seeking a visionary co-founder with investment capability to join us in scaling our impact nationally and beyond. About The Prime State Our mission is to redefine well-being by integrating mental health services, holistic wellness practices, and personalized life coaching into accessible, high-quality solutions for individuals and corporate clients. We combine clinical expertise with alternative healing modalities to foster comprehensive wellness. Co-Founder Role and Responsibilities - Lead strategic planning, business development, and operational execution. - Drive capital infusion to accelerate multi-city franchise expansion and digital services rollout. - Build partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies. - Uphold compliance with all applicable healthcare, wellness, and business regulations in India. - Oversee certification, licensing, and quality assurance frameworks. Ideal Candidate Profile and Requirements - Proven track record in healthcare, wellness, or allied sectors with business leadership experience. - Significant personal investment capacity aligned with scaling ambitions. - Strong understanding of holistic mental healthcare systems and the wellness industry in India. - Familiarity with regulatory and licensing requirements for mental health professionals, wellness centers, and alternative medicine practitioners in India. - Ability to navigate B2B and B2C markets with innovative go-to-market strategies. Certifications and Licenses Required or Preferred - Co-founder or organizational leadership should ensure compliance with: - Clinical and Therapy Services:Possession of appropriate clinical licenses for mental healthcare providers such as psychologists (RCI registration), psychiatrists (MCI/NMC registration), and clinical social workers. - Alternative Medicine & Therapies:Compliance with Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH) Ministry regulations, including practitioner licenses. - Wellness and Life Coaching:Certification from recognized bodies such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) or equivalent, demonstrating adherence to ethical coaching practices. - Business and Healthcare Operations:Registration under appropriate business laws, health facility licenses (where applicable), GST, and data privacy compliances for handling sensitive client data. - Corporate Wellness & EAP Regulations:Knowledge of Employee Assistance Program compliances under Indian labor laws. - Investment and Partnership Opportunity The co-founder will have a meaningful equity stake and influence in shaping India's foremost holistic mental healthcare ecosystem.
