Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder with an investment capacity at Naraj.store, located in Noida. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's vision, developing strategic plans, and steering the brand towards growth and success. Daily responsibilities include contributing to business and marketing strategies, identifying and potentially securing investment opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. You will be heavily involved in decision-making processes and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to ensure the brand resonates with its target audience. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills for business strategy and problem-solving - Excellent communication skills for collaboration, negotiations, and leadership - Proven experience in sales and marketing to drive revenue and brand growth - Research skills to identify industry trends and market opportunities - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and scale a business - Leadership and decision-making abilities to guide the team and the brand effectively - Experience with or passion for the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage - Willingness to invest and contribute towards the long-term vision of the brand
