Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Mumbai Company: MK Sons Fine Jewels Pvt Ltd Reports To: Director of the Organization. Job Type: Full-time Experience : 3 – 7 years , with minimum 3 – 4 years as CA / Accounts Head / Finance Head With a listed organization or CA firm, or as a practicing CA or handling Finalization. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial finalisation. - Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with IND AS and regulatory requirements. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance. - Coordinate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. - Provide financial insights and strategies to support business decision-making. - Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and accountability. Requirements - Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong expertise in finance, taxation, compliance, and audit. - Prior experience with a listed entity, CA firm, or as a practicing CA. - Proven track record of handling financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. - Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial regulations, and corporate governance. - Experience in the jewellery industry will be a added advantage. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
