It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Infrastructure for public and private organizations Our unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Our fully integrated services are tailored to plan and manage projects using proven best practices SYSTRA India s comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge Building a new rail link doubling the capacity gauge conversion upgrading a network improving the performance of existing lines etc Our extensive experience encompasses bridges station buildings Depots Earthwork Track Works Power Supply and Transmission Signaling Telecommunications Rolling Stock Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority Indian Railways for three major railway station projects Mumbai New Delhi and Ahmedabad Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer for Project Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure RLDA Missions Main Duties - Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of MEPF systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and firefighting systems - Coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective completion of MEPF system installations - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions - Develop and implement site-specific quality control plans ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues clarify design intent and optimize system installations - Prepare and maintain site records including daily reports inspection reports and test results - Ensure compliance with safety protocols regulations and company policies promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel Profile Skills Graduate Engineer with minimum 8 years of overall experience and minimum 3 years of experience in Similar Position Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization Excellent written and oral English communication skills Ability to problem solve especially in an integrated project delivery environment applying industry best practices Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
