We are seeking a skilled Big Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data pipelines, managing large datasets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal data flow and accessibility.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
- Implement and manage big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in big data engineering.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Scala, or Python.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and columnar databases.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
