Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Associate to support our Launch Business Development activities. This entry-to-mid level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the space industry while contributing to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about space technology and commercial launch services. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research: Conduct detailed market research on potential customers, competitors, and industry trends in the launch services sector. - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities through various research methods and databases. - Proposal Support: Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential customers and partners. - Customer Relationship Management: Support customer engagement activities, maintain CRM systems, and track interaction history. - Data Analysis: Analyze market data, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making. - Administrative Support:Provide administrative support for business development activities including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities. - Industry Monitoring: Track industry developments, regulatory changes, and market opportunities relevant to launch services. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles; aerospace/space industry experience preferred but not required. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools. - Research Skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information. - Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Desired Attributes: - Eagerness to learn about the space industry and launch services market. - Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
