Qualifications: CA/CWA with 2 years of experience (Preferably in Cement/Manufacturing) Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing the annual internal audit plan for corporate and plant operations. - Conduct audits in finance, procurement, production, logistics, and other corporate functions. - Evaluate operational efficiency and identify gaps in internal control. - Prepare detailed audit working papers, findings, and recommendations. - Audit Report Drafting. - Coordinate with the external audit agency, plant, and corporate teams to ensure timely execution of audits. - Support audit managers in reviews - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance. - Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge ot SAP and audit software will be an added advantage..
