Position Recruitment Specialist Minimum Experience 1-3 Years of experience Location Noida G Noida About the position Good Enough Energy Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS ESS We are committed to innovation and excellence in the energy sector and we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Executive to join our team Job Summary The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing candidates from various platforms and ensuring a smooth hiring experience The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for non-IT positions and be proficient in using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Software Skills Applicant tracking systems ATS and HR software SAP Power BI or similar one Required Skills Qualification Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding Source candidates using job portals Naukri LinkedIn and other channels Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualification Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a non-IT environment Proficiency in using Naukri LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a leading company in the emerging renewable and energy storage sector Competitive compensation and benefits package A collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
