And this is just the beginning What's the role At Jar, UX Writers play a crucial role in moulding the savings habit of millions of Indians. You will be a part of our design team working alongside wonderfully creative and talented individuals. Your work will not be limited to UI copies, you will be the gatekeeper of clarity, consistency and any communication within the app. We are looking for someone who has a knack for the written word and loves crafting user friendly experiences. What will be your responsibilities - Collaborate with product and visual design teams to develop UX content across all user touchpoints including onboarding, app screens, in-app videos, and animations - Create clear, concise copy for FAQs, error messages, in-app surveys, and feature notifications - Partner with the UX research team to gather user insights and test new flows, using feedback to inform content decisions - Contribute to the content style guide and process documentation - Manage localization process of written and visual app content - Work with marketing and customer support stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand voice and seamless end-to-end user experience What's required from you - Minimum 2 years of experience in UX writing for product or web experiences - Background in content writing, copywriting, media, language, or communication - Ability to understand the life and challenges of Indian users - Ability to align content strategy with key product metrics - Data-driven approach to developing short and long-term content strategies - Problem-solving skills that extend beyond writing, with the ability to identify variables and communicate solutions with brevity and clarity What makes us different We're not just building a product - we're shaping the future of savings in India.
