Experience: 2-4 yrs Shift: US Timings (should be flexible for Day & Night) Job location: Pune Working days: 5 days Notice: Immediate to 30 days Work from office mandatory Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units. - Perform basic AD administration tasks including password resets, account lockouts, and permission management. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot FTP/SFTP servers on Windows systems. - Install and configure Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Resolve email delivery, sync, and connectivity issues. - Support in managing and troubleshooting hybrid Active Directory environments (on-prem and Azure AD). - Troubleshoot biometric attendance devices and basic CCTV camera/NVR connectivity issues. - Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows), and network connectivity problems. - Maintain antivirus and OS patch compliance. - Communicate effectively with internal users and external clients to resolve support tickets. - Provide updates and solutions in a professional and clear manner. Required Skills: - 2 year of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support roles - Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues - Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) - Good command of English communication (written and verbal) - Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities - Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively - Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools - Familiarity with IT asset management practices Interested candidates can share their resume at - hiring@radarsoft.tech
