Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Solution Design:

- Develop and presentautomation roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and ROI analysesto clients.
- Definescalable RPA architecturesand ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.

Project Delivery Execution:

- Oversee theentire RPA project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a team ofRPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Ensurecompliance with security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.
- Monitor and maintainbot performance, ensuring high availability and resilience.

Required Qualifications:

- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Advanced Developer Professional (UiADP) Certification.
- 8-10 yearsof experience inIT consulting, business transformation, or automation.
- 6+ yearsof hands-onRPA developmentexperience.
- Expertise inUiPath and Microsoft Power Automate(experience withAutomation Anywhere or Blue Prismis a plus).
- Proficiency inPython, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBAfor automation scripting.
- Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) andAPI integrations.
- Strong knowledge ofbusiness process optimizationmethodologies.

Preferred Skills Competencies:

- Strong presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead client presentations and demos for prospective customers.
