Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced RPA Infra Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. They ensure the smooth operation of RPA bots by managing servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms. This role requires expertise in RPA tools like UiPath and Power Automate, as well as strong skills in scripting, orchestration, and API integrations. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism to drive automation initiatives, ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end setup, deployment, and administration of enterprise-level RPA infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain production and non-production RPA environments (development, QA, UAT, and production).
• Monitor bot performance, orchestrator/control room health, and system logs for proactive issue resolution.
• Implement high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for RPA platforms.
• Manage upgrades, patching, and version control of RPA tools and components.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure-related incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Automate routine maintenance and infrastructure provisioning using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Work closely with RPA CoE to support scaling of automation operations across departments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, standard operating procedures, and policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in RPA infrastructure support and administration(Must Have).
• Expertise in administering RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism(Must Have).
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server(Must Have).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)-(Must Have).
• Strong scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation tasks(Must Have).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewall, load balancing, and identity/access management(Must Have).
• Proven experience in enterprise security, compliance, and audit environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

RPA platform certifications (UiPath Certified Advanced Developer/Architect, Blue Prism Certified Architect).
