Job Description Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead data-driven product development and enhance the Chase customer experience. As a Card Data Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and driving business growth through data. You will ensure data quality and protection while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Job Responsibilities - Create plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic business objectives and analytics. - Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business. - Identify and document critical data scope, ensuring proper classification and metadata. - Support analytics projects by identifying data for integration into analytics platforms. - Document and coordinate resources for data quality requirements. - Resolve data issues promptly and influence resources for timely resolution. - Develop processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection and quality. - Manage compliance with Firmwide policies and standards related to data integrity and protection. - Build strong relationships with data delivery partners and consumers across various functions. - Manage execution of milestones, mitigating risks and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle. - Track and manage workstreams and KPIs to ensure successful deliveries. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Minimum 6 years of industry experience in a data-related field. - Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines. - Technical knowledge of data management, engineering, pipelines, modeling, architecture, and governance. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google, or Azure, and/or experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Alteryx, Snowflake. - Ability to manage delivery timelines and ensure organizational goals are met. - Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships. - Structured thinker with good business acumen and effective communication skills. - Understanding of Agile technological development methodology. - Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Subject matter expertise in business or product data; Credit Card domain knowledge is a plus. - Master's degree preferred.
