Job Description

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in architecture.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
