Immediately required sales executive for a UK based process at Janjeerwala Square, Indore. No rotational shifts Fixed shift : 2pm-11pm | Mon-Fri 3:30pm- 8:30pm | Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential clients in the UK market. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand customer requirements, business goals, and industry challenges. Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Reach out to prospective clients and present company products/services. Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and consultations. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions. Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion rates. 3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing plans tailored to client needs. Present service offerings in a compelling manner to influence purchase decisions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within approved company guidelines. Work closely with the business development and legal teams to finalize deals. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to the delivery team. 4. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently. Focus on upselling and cross-selling existing services where applicable. Track individual performance metrics and report to the Sales Manager. Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed about market trends. Use CRM tools to manage opportunities and forecast revenue. 5. UK Market-Specific Responsibilities Work according to UK business hours to interact with potential clients. Understand UK customer behavior, business culture, and purchasing patterns. Stay updated with UK regulations, tax policies, and industry standards. Provide region-specific insights to management for strategic decision-making. 6. Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with marketing to create region-specific sales materials. Share client feedback with the product and service teams for enhancements. Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery to UK clients. Support the finance team in resolving payment-related queries. Participate in weekly meetings to review targets, challenges, and improvements. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Core Skills Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Strong knowledge of international sales processes and customer handling. Proficiency in cold calling, lead conversion, and relationship management. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting systems. Ability to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions. 2. Personal Attributes Highly self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Adaptability to UK culture and flexible work timings. 3. Technical Competencies Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead management software. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and how they aid sales. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
