We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Product function in our Global Payments Solutions team. Job Introduction The role is for Senior Product Manager Liquidity and Account Services Principal Responsibilities The role holder currently manages the following key responsibilities - Profitability of the India Liquidity products and services, including deposit, account solutions and investment products, and for developing and managing the Liquidity products to ensure that the products meet the market needs and contribute towards overall GPS objectives. - Development of product vision and strategy for GPS Liquidity products and propositions including Account Services. Derivation of product pipeline to meet customer requirements in line with the vision and strategy - Active supervision of the TMD desk to manage day to day TMD rate management and operations. - Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap - Owns and manages the product Book of Work that enables product development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition - Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability - Builds relationship with functional and line of business stakeholders to successfully drive delivery of key program milestones, including product commercialisation - Closely working with Cluster Manager and assisting India GPS Product Head in FRP and FYF exercise. - Responsible for product development, Product governance, Proliferation, Competition Benchmarking and commercialisation of India and GIFT City liquidity propositions. - Effective engagement to lead and drive execution of global, regional and local initiatives with oversight on in-country financial performance, strategic initiatives, product reviews, audit and risk related matters Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience Professional qualification i.e. Post Graduate / CA / MBA / CFA - Prior product management background - Prior experience in working with Technology teams and Project Management thereof. - Thorough knowledge of country's clearing & settlement infrastructure; RBI regulations with regards to TMD's, Current Accounts and Special Purpose Accounts. - Expert level comfort with numbers, data interpretation, analysis and forecasting. - Knowledge of global and in country treasury management practices (preferred) - Effective Communication and Presentation skills (both oral and written) - Comfortable with people engagement / can build rapport quickly with client facing teams and risk stewards - Excellent networking and relationship management skills - Planning & Time Management Additional Information - Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
