For more information about Joveo’s award-winning platform, visit www.joveo.com Responsibilities: - Support the Implementation Manager in day-to-day implementation tasks, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, and coordinating with internal teams. - Assist with operational tasks and activities, ensuring smooth execution of implementation projects. - Follow up with internal teams to track progress on pending items and ensure timely completion. - Update Rocketlane, our project management tool, and ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation. - Clean up projects in Rocketlane, organizing and maintaining project folders, tasks, and related documents. - Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Assist in testing and troubleshooting technical issues during the implementation process. - Provide regular status updates on project progress to the Implementation Manager and key stakeholders. - Participate in meetings and discussions related to implementation strategy and process improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in implementation and digital advertising. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or a recent graduate. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience or coursework related to project management or implementation is a plus. - Availability to work full-time for a period of 6 months.
