Job Description IT Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our web development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, basic understanding of IT/web solutions, and strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Present and promote web development, digital marketing, and IT solutions to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Record sales activities, pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT sales / business development (preferably in web development or digital marketing).

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of web technologies (websites, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).

Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and online prospecting platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in an agency environment (web / digital).

Presentation and proposal writing skills.

Understanding of client pain points and ability to offer consultative solutions.

Knowledge of modern sales techniques (inbound, outbound, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns).
