including the associated automations integrations to ensure the tools remain fit for use As a core member of the Reckitt platform team contribute to the Reckitt platform strategy to ensure Reckitt fully leverages the features per its entitlements Responsible for working with Reckitt ServiceNow platform team Reckitt ITSM Global Process owners other product platform owners to enable the platform roadmap Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM and ensure the implementation stays close to Out of Box Be a thought leader drive independently some of the strategic platform areas - Eg platform health compliance of ServiceNow systems integrations Common Services Data Model CSDM CMDB data access and tooling policies etc The experience we re looking for 6 years of overall experience with technical expertise on ServiceNow Washington DC Xanadu - deep functional technical expertise on ServiceNow platform data model ServiceNow app development scripting integrations ServiceNow Experience should be 5 years - should have experience in Technical Architecture design Solutions on ServiceNow including Service Portal mobile app Employee and Agent Must have hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience Must have advanced knowledge and experience on ServiceNow Modules like Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Service Catalog Service Portal Knowledge Integrations Platform components Performance Analytics etc Design Architect ITSM ServiceNow Platform solutions CMDB and Integrations Cross experience on additional product lines ITOM ITAM SPM etc will be an advantage Experience in setup and integration of ServiceNow with third party applications will be a plus Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes ITIL4 -
