Job Description Summary Position Summary Finance Transformation Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance. Position Summary Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: You'll work closely with clients and teams to implement and support SAP Treasury & Risk Management solutions, customizing, testing, and enhancing SAP applications to meet unique client needs. You'll drive SAP design, integration, testing, and deployment while providing analysis and consultation throughout Treasury implementations. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, process reviews, blueprint development, and technical architecture planning. You'll support project planning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement, and contribute to business growth through sales efforts, proposals, and cross-team collaboration. The team: Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Finance or TRM (preferably S4HANA) - Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration - SAP trained Engineer, CA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, PMP, CPA, CTP, FRM or CFA - SAP Treasury Module Experience (SAP Transaction Manager, Cash Management, Credit Risk Analyzer, Market Analyzer, Payment Medium Workbench etc.) - Corporate treasury domain knowledge - Excellent verbal and written communication Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Big 4 experience - Client facing experience - SAP FICO experience - SAP S/4 HANA experience in Cash management and Bank account management - Experience in SAP Hedge management Education: - B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/ Kolkata Shift Timings: - 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
