Razorpay was founded by and in 2014 Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub Neobank for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India We are a full-stack financial services organisation committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business Over the past year we ve disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses In parallel Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking via and enabling capital availability for businesses via The Role The Senior Associate SEO grows organic traffic with growth opportunities through strategy and execution of organic searches across desktop and mobile platforms The senior associate must ideate and execute the Razorpay Organic strategies and tactics by working on Razorpay content properties Should have comprehensive experience of doing keyword analysis universe finalization creating execution calendar for content publishing on properties etc Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute on-page and content SEO strategies for Razorpay products and content properties like Blog and Learn Analyze the keyword universe and develop SEO programs to target and rank different sets of keywords across properties Work on technical SEO parameter optimizations for razorpay product and content properties including but not limited to optimizing for Core web vitals schema internal linking crawling and indexing image optimization and more Carry out frequent and multiple experiments on news and trending topics in the fintech and razorpay product universe Perform research to identify trending topics and prepare specific strategies to rank for the same Experiment with ways to create optimize and track the performance of content for conversion and information intent with respect to Generative AI Bring in experimentative strategies to work on optimizing for AI tools across multiple search engines and tools like Gemini ChatGPT etc nalyze top and bottom funnel kAeywords ideate on targeting conversion and information intent keywords on core landing pages and content properties through various optimization methodologies Must understand the differentiation of keyword intent across properties to drive relevant users to the website Work closely with the SEO manager and other SEO team members product owners product design and engineering teams to ensure our SEO practices are up to date and are properly implemented Preparing detailed tracking reports on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis Work closely with the content team to ensure articles are reviewed keeping in mind up to date SEO guidelines that are aligned with the Razorpay vision Mandatory Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in SEO Digital Marketing Very strong technical knowledge of SEO across Google Youtube Should have a strong bias for being up to date with the latest Google algorithm updates latest tools methodologies of doing optimizations etc Should have a strong bias for experimenting with different optimization techniques including Generative AI content creation and optimization etc Good knowledge and execution of HTML CSS page speed and other technical SEO parameters etc Deep understanding of evaluating data and insights from Google Search Console Google Analytics Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMRush Screaming frog etc Should have prior experience of managing Wordpress on frontend and backend including publishing blogs managing users enabling features plugins etc Should we well aware of wordpress features of Elemantor Wordpress themes and SEO optimization plugins like rankmath link whisper Yoast and other mandatory SEO plugins Excellent written and spoken communication skills Strong bias-for-action and ownership mindset Fintech and B2B background is preferred Beneficial if the candidate understands startups fintech and its ecosystem Razorpay believes in and follows an equal employment opportunity policy that doesn t discriminate on gender religion sexual orientation colour nationality age etc We welcome interests and applications from all groups and communities across the globe Follow us on
