Project Manager Senior Project Manager - eLearning Solutions Location Onsite Noida India Full-Time Permanent Role Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for learning Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive results lead teams and make a meaningful impact We re looking for an experienced Project Manager Senior Project Manager - eLearning Solutions to join our growing team - someone who brings deep expertise in the eLearning domain and is excited to shape learning experiences that truly deliver Please Note This is a full-time onsite role based in our Noida office Candidates must be willing and able to work from the office daily About the Role As a Project Manager Senior Project Manager - eLearning Solutions you will own end-to-end project execution for a wide range of custom learning solutions You ll work directly with global clients lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time on budget and with outstanding quality This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs Instructional Designers and media specialists Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery Drive innovation across cost quality and productivity levers Proactively manage project risks resource planning and conflict resolution Provide clear structured feedback to team members and stakeholders Manage project reporting including billing and MIS documentation Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely quality results Optimize resource utilization across tools bandwidth and partnerships Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline 10 years of experience in the eLearning industry delivering high-impact learning solutions 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space Proven track record leading project teams of 15 across the full delivery lifecycle Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills Exceptional leadership decision-making and team coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable Why Join Us Work with a passionate collaborative team that values innovation Lead projects that shape learning experiences for top-tier global clients Be part of a growing company with a strong presence in digital learning Enjoy a structured supportive and fast-paced work environment If you re an experienced project leader in the eLearning space ready to take full ownership of high-impact initiatives from our Noida office we d love to hear from you Apply now and help us shape the future of learning
