Location: Noida Experience: 4+ years Type: Full-time | On-site Compensation: As per industry standards About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional collaboration across Tech, Design, and Business teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong ownership, structured communication, and hands-on involvement in agile project management within a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Business). Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clear milestones and accountability. Create, review, and maintain documentation such as SRS, BRD, PRD, and workflow diagrams. Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and tracking through tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Conduct project status reviews, retrospectives, and ensure continuous process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate progress effectively. Oversee change requests, testing coordination, and ensure quality assurance before rollouts. Track KPIs, prepare performance and delivery reports, and present insights to management. Required Skills and Experience 4+ years of proven experience in project or delivery management , preferably in a tech or fintech setup. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion, Google Workspace). Experience in preparing and managing technical and business documentation (SRS, BRD, PRD). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills. Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset. Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities. Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend workflows (Node.js familiarity is a plus).
