Job Description Job Title: Senior OutSystems Developer Location: Bhopal Experience: 5+ years (with minimum 3 years in OutSystems development) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform, while leading technical decisions and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using the OutSystems platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on performance and scalability. - Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems using APIs and web services. - Review and optimize existing applications for better performance and maintainability. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices. - Ensure compliance with security standards and coding guidelines. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of hands-on OutSystems experience. - Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, data modeling, and lifecycle management. - Experience integrating OutSystems with REST/SOAP APIs, external databases, and third-party tools. - Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI development. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - OutSystems certification (e.g., OutSystems Professional Web Developer or higher) is highly preferred. Nice to Have - Experience with mobile app development in OutSystems. - Exposure to AI/ML, process automation, or workflow orchestration within OutSystems.
