Role: IT Recruiter

Scope of Role:
Ushta Te looking for a competent IT Recruiter to provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients which includes a global top 3 tech company and the world's largest social media Network.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the job requirements and identifying the skills and qualifications needed for a specific IT position.
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract, source, and recruit top IT talent.
Writing and posting technical job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Collaborating with senior staff to recognize exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions.
Managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles.
