Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai (Churchgate) for an Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job ads, searching for candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Full-cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in Sourcing, Hiring, and Managing Candidate Pipeline
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or a technical environment is a plus
