Designation - Admissions Manager Location - Hyderabad Glendale Academy (managing all 3 schools) Job responsibilities: - To formulate monthly targets for admissions and implement strategy for meeting targets. - Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys and develop key market insights. Utilize these insights in developing our sales/admissions strategy. - Manage the team for generating and contacting leads and consistent follow up. All leads would be managed on an automated platform, keeping all leads updated with latest transactions. - Execute various marketing events, activations, conferences, seminars and expos related to education and generate qualified leads. - Organize regular town hall meetings with prospective parents with the objective to maximize admissions. - Identify new ways to reach target audience. - Understand media references, market trend and report shifts at the marketplace. - Develop a robust reporting system with a daily/ weekly update to the management representing the status of leads in a comprehensive way with quarterly forecasts. Must have: - Bachelor's degree with additional degree in management - Good experience in B2C selling, preferably with experience in education or training. - Ability to deal with situations with strategic approach. - Must have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. - Excellent inter personal skills with the ability to work as a team leader. - Open to travel. Working days: 5.5 days Onsite
