The role involves maintaining detailed records of student interactions and progress, as well as organizing informational sessions and workshops. Qualifications - Strong background in student counseling, advising, or education management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to develop personalized academic plans and strategies - Proficiency in managing application processes and documentation - Experience in working with a diverse group of clients and stakeholders - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Familiarity with university admission processes and requirements
