About the Role We are looking for motivated MBA freshers or engineering graduates to join our Inside Sales / Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, handling client interactions, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads. - Build and maintain relationships with prospects through professional communication. - Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities. - Collaborate with senior sales team members to achieve targets and KPIs. - Handle rejection professionally and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. - Scheduling qualified meetings. Qualifications - MBA Fresher or BTech Graduates Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory). - MBA freshers or engineering graduates looking to build a career in sales. - Willingness to work night shifts (US shift). - Strong interpersonal skills and resilience to handle rejection. - Proactive and target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
