Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Email & Chat Process Intern who will handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolutions through digital support channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing smooth service experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance Maintain professional communication with a customer-first approach Log and track issues with proper documentation in support systems Coordinate with internal departments for quicker resolutions Escalate cases when necessary to ensure timely follow-up Prepare daily service reports and feedback summaries Requirements Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Any field Excellent written communication skills in English Ability to handle multiple chats or tickets simultaneously Good typing speed and attention to detail Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving capability Basic knowledge of email etiquette and service workflows Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus What You Will Gain 15,000 monthly stipend Real-world customer support experience Training on ticketing and CRM systems Internship certificate upon successful completion
