We're looking for an experienced Business Development Head to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives for our film production house. What We're Looking For: - 57 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or strategy preferably in media, or advertising. - Proven record of generating business and managing high- value partnerships. - Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable leading conversations with CMOs, founders, brand heads and Creative directors. - Understands brands, agencies, and the visual storytelling ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business growth across TVCs, digital films, reels, branded long format and AI content pipelines. - Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and digital platforms. - Develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue through creative collaborations. - Identify new market opportunities and position the company for long-term success.
