Release ManagerExperience 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience Notice Period 15 days or Immediate joinerKey Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end build and deployment process ensuring timely and successful releases Design implement and maintain CI CD pipelines that facilitate automated testing and deployment processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development QA and operations to plan and execute releases Coordinate schedules and timelines ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned Conduct environment checks and validations before releases to ensure all necessary configurations and setups are in place Manage the deployment process in UAT Pre-Prod and Production environments ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing downtime Monitor deployments for any issues providing quick solutions and escalating as necessary Maintain comprehensive documentation related to release processes procedures and troubleshooting guides Identify and implement process improvements for release management champion best practices in build and deployment strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in release management build deployment and CI CD pipeline management Hands-on experience with build tools e g Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI and deployment automation e g Ansible Chef Puppet Strong understanding of version control systems e g Git and branching strategies Familiarity with containerization technologies e g Docker Kubernetes is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
