Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager. The role is based in Bareilly , with some work from home acceptable. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks include identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with schools, leading sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B K12 School Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and report findings.
- Familiarity with the education sector and financial literacy programs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
