Job Description Roles: - Ensuring availability of Ropeway, Stacker & Reclaimer and Belt Conveyor for optimum output. - Condition monitoring, periodic inspection and preventive maintenance for less breakdown. - Maximize running hrs of Ropeway, stacker & reclaimer machine - Availability of complete spares, tools and tackles - Opportunity maintenance monthly/daily - as per checklist of anomalies in coordination with the Preventive maintenance department To execute the shutdown jobs for the optimization of the equipment and to ensure smooth operation - Optimise maintenance cost, Shutdown planning, allocation of Manpower, reduction in OT tools and Spares To handle new initiatives to improve the efficiency, saving costs and time - Scheduling the activities required for the new initiatives - Plan for the future maintenance of equipment ensuring availability of the space for same maintenance - Trail and monitor the progress of the equipment to ensure desired outputs and the efficiency To Implement Safety planning and to comply with the best environmental standards - Ensuring proper uses of PPE s, periodic safety round, status of coupling guards, safety SOP s - Safety gathering for workers - tool box talks for using equipment and fire safety, etc.
