Location: Hybrid — Gurgaon, Pune, or Mumbai (India)

Work Model: Onsite 2–3 days/week + remote days; some evening ET overlap for cross-geo calls

Compensation: ₹3–10 LPA (₹3,00,000–₹10,00,000 annual CTC)

Role Summary

You’ll craft brand systems and a high volume of marketing assets across web, social, email, and light print—keeping everything accessible, on-brand, and production-ready. Beyond great visuals, you’ll build reusable templates and tidy file structures so the broader team can move quickly without sacrificing quality. Expect close collaboration with UI/UX, Web, and Marketing on campaign concepts, landing pages, and go-to-market launches.

Core Responsibilities

- Brand systems: Create/extend visual identities (logos, color, type, layout styles) and maintain brand guidelines/style libraries
- Campaign & content design: Social kits, ads, email headers, pitch decks, one-pagers, event collateral, lightweight infographics
- Web & product support: Hero visuals, iconography, illustrations, blog imagery, and conversion-focused LP assets; prep files for developer handoff
- Motion (basic): Simple animation for social/web (loops, Lottie/GIF/MP4), micro-interactions, and transitions aligned with brand tone
- Template systems: Build Figma/Canva templates with constraints, tokens, and instructions to enable safe self-serve by non-designers
- Production & QA: Export pipelines, variants, and specs; preflight checks (size, bleed, color profile, contrast, file weight) before delivery
- Accessibility: Ensure color contrast, legible typography, alt-text guidance, and screen-reader-friendly diagrams where applicable
- Collaboration: Work from structured briefs, present options with rationale, accept feedback, and iterate quickly within sprint timelines
- Documentation: Keep source files organized, maintain naming/versioning, and update brand docs and asset inventories

Deliverables & Handoffs

Brand guidelines (PDF + Figma library), icon sets, illustration kits, social & email templates, ad variations, deck templates, web graphics, printable files with bleed/crops, and export presets. Include usage notes and change logs in each delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years professional graphic design experience with a strong, relevant portfolio
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, styles, libraries) and comfortable in Canva for templated work
- Demonstrated brand system thinking and multi-channel campaign work
- Working knowledge of accessibility (contrast, hierarchy, motion sensitivity) and responsive constraints
- Rigorous file hygiene: structured folders, versioning, and export discipline

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe CC or Affinity (Illustrator/Photoshop); basic After Effects/Lottie; illustration skills
- Web familiarity (WordPress/Webflow constraints, image optimization); basic HTML/CSS helpful
- Light print production (CMYK, Pantone, prepress) and vendor coordination

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

- On-time delivery: ≥ 95% of assets delivered by agreed dates
- First-pass QA: ≥ 90% pass rate (no re-export due to specs)
- Revision efficiency: ≤ 2.0 average revision rounds per asset
- Brand compliance: ≤ 1% quarterly incidents (off-spec usage/errors)
- Template adoption: ≥ 80% internal usage for eligible assets
- Stakeholder satisfaction: ≥ 4.5/5 average on sprint reviews

Your First 90 Days

- 30 days: Complete onboarding; audit existing brand files; ship 1–2 small bundles (e.g., social kit + email header) using house templates
- 60 days: Lead a mini-campaign asset set end-to-end; propose and ship one improvement to our template library or export presets
- 90 days: Own a cross-channel campaign pack (web hero, social set, email, deck slides) with measurable lift (CTR/engagement) and documented handoff
